We recommend that you read the terms thoroughly before buying on the site so that you know the terms and conditions that apply to the webshop.

Our business terms are designed in accordance with current Danish legislation.

NOTICE

Only the illustrations (or other product “in-focus”) in the photos are for sale – Decorations, instruments, wooden frames ect. are not for sale. Frames are not included. The colors may vary from screen to screen, due to color calibration.

ORDER

To make an order, relevant personal information is needed, such as name, address, phone number, email and payment card details. As soon as your payment card has been validated and your order has been registered, we will send you a final order confirmation per. mail.

PAYMENT

The webshop receive payment through various debit cards. Certain card providers charge a fee per transaction. When you shop at our webshop, the amount will be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped.

SECURITY

When you make a purchase, your card information is automatically encrypted. Neither we nor anyone will ever have access to your card information.

PRICES AND SHIPPING

All prices on the webshop are quoted in Danish kroner incl. VAT. Prices may change at any time, eg. during promotions. We are subject to price errors. Any price change or price error will not affect your order if you have already received an order confirmation.

We ship worldwide - Please note that customs tariffs might apply outside of EU. Orders are shipped within 3 work days with PostNord.

DELIVERY

Lowest shipping prices will be added to the product price. Once your payment card has been validated, we will send your order to you as soon as possible. You can choose to have your order delivered to a different address than your billing address – If you wish the order sent to your workplace, contact, company name and address must be clearly stated on your order.

Delivery times are listed below (approx):

Denmark:
PostNord (without tracking number): up to 10 days after you get the shipping confirmation.

Europe:
PostNord (without tracking number): Up to 10 work days after you get the shipping confirmation.

International:
PostNord (without tracking number): In our experience it can take up to 2 weeks after you get the shipping confirmation email - sometimes longer if it gets caught in customs. So please be patient.

IMPORTANT: We send European and international orders as regular mail to keep shipping costs down. This, however, also means that you don’t get a tracking number. So after the package has left our store we cannot guarantee for delivery times or if it gets lost in the mail. Contact us directly before purchase if you wish to have it sent with tracking number at a more expensive price.

If the item against expectation should be destroyed during shipping, please contact us immediately after receipt, and we will ensure that you either receive new items or credited your amount.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, it should be done as soon as possible by sending an email to [email protected]. If we receive your cancellation before your package has been shipped and the amount is deducted from your account, you will not be charged shipping costs for the package. On the other hand, if we receive your cancellation once your package has been shipped and the money has been deducted, the rules apply for cancellation.

RETURNS

As a customer you have 14 days of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods under the Danish Consumer Agreement Act. Your 14 day cancellation right means that you as a customer can receive the item, unpack it and see if it is as expected. If you regret your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] and return the item to us within 14 days after you have received it. You will be refunded the price of the item + the delivery cost (except your costs for returning to us). The condition for using the right of withdrawal is that we get the item returned in the same condition and quantity as on delivery.

Your return will lapse if the item you return returns to use or is damaged. Therefore, be careful when handling the item as it should be in the original packaging (cellphone bag) if you want to use the right of withdrawal.

Return will be made to our contact address, as shown above.

Note: We recommend that you use a frame with UV glass for your new art print or your original. In this way the sun will not get the colors of the image to fade and you will enjoy your artwork for a long time.

COMPLAINT

You have 24 months' warranty. If the product is defective or otherwise it is wrong, you have the opportunity to advertise in accordance with Danish law. You must advertise the product in a timely manner from the notice of the error. 2 months will always be considered as timely complaint. Your warranty will expire if the defect in your item is deemed to be due to improper use, incorrect or lack of maintenance, improper storage, normal wear and tear or otherwise self-inflicted.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When shopping, it is important that we can get in touch with you if questions arise. your order. Therefore, it is important that you provide valid phone number and a valid email address. In addition, we need your name and your correct address to send the item to you.

None of your personal information registered with us will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

we reserve the right to change our terms of trade on a continuous basis, but still in accordance with Danish law.

All texts, images and other content in our webshop belong to Lauritz Hansen / LZHN and may not be copied or used by others without prior written agreement with us in accordance with the Copyright Act. Violation of this will lead to prosecution.
