Personal Data Policy
INTRODUCTION
In order to meet our obligations towards our customers and cooperative partners and to keep our network updated with relevant news about our brand, it is necessary for us to collect and process certain personal data. The below Personal Data Policy will provide you with an overview of the type of data we collect, why we collect them and the purpose of our collection and processing.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY REGARDING
NEWSLETTERS AND PRESS RELEASES
NEWSLETTERS AND PRESS RELEASES
1. When you register for our newsletters or press releases, the data you enter (name and email address) will be transferred to and stored in our newsroom database, which is administered by an external Data Processor and Sub-Processor.
2. LZHN, Rolfs Plads 13 5tv, 2000 Frederiksberg, CVR/VAT no. 39315580 shall be the Data Controller.
3. The sole purpose of registering the above data is to distribute our own newsletters and press releases about our own products. The newsletters and press releases will be distributed approx. once a month and may contain topics such as marketing, product launches, material information, inspiration for interior design, advice and guidance, campaigns, events, trade fairs, etc.
4. LZHN engages Data Processors and Sub-Processors in compliance with the rules applicable at all times, and the personal data shall not be transferred to any third countries.
5. The data shall be stored until the consent may be withdrawn (see section 7). The consent shall have no time limit or period of limitation, however a 2-year inactivity threshold shall apply, cf. the practice and guidance of the Danish Consumer Ombudsman.
6. The data shall be transferred to and stored in encrypted form in the database.
7. The legal basis of the collection of the data shall be your consent, which is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time by clicking the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter or press release. Then you will no longer receive any newsletters/press releases from LZHN and your data will be deleted permanently from our database within two months from the unsubscription.
8. As a Data Subject, EU’s General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 shall grant you the following rights:
a. The right to be notified of the processing of your data.
b. The right to get access to the processed data and receive a copy of these data.
c. The right to correct incomplete data.
d. The right to have data deleted.
e. The right to have the data transferred to a new supplier (data portability).
f. The right to block/limit personal data, e.g. by objecting to the processing.
g. The right to object to the actual processing.
h. The right to object to automated individual decisions and profiling.
i. The right to withdraw your consent.
j. The right to complain about the processing to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

1. In the case of communication by email, letter, phone or personal contact, we only process the relevant data in order for us to meet our obligations towards our customers and cooperative partners. These data usually consist of name, email address and phone number.

3. The purpose of registering the above data is to communicate with the relevant customer and partner contacts and thus perform the agreements, which the Data Subject is a party to or will be a party to. This could e.g. be communication regarding orders, shipments, quotations, contracts, etc.
4. LZHN and the Data Processors shall not disclose the personal data of the Data Subjects to any third parties and the data shall not be transferred to any third countries.
5. The legal basis of the collection of the data is that these are necessary for the performance of the agreements and contractual obligations, which the Data Subject is a party to or will be a party to. This shall also apply to the implementation of measures before the conclusion of any such agreements.
6. With regard to time limits for storage and deletion, we aim to only process the data that are necessary for the purpose mentioned in section 3 and to delete the data as soon as they are no longer relevant.
a. In relation to our active customers and cooperative partners with whom we have ongoing or previous business relations, the data shall be stored for as long as the 7 cooperation is active or potentially active. After this time, a period of 5 years shall apply for accounting purposes.
b. In relation to potential customers or cooperative partners with whom we have not had previous business relations, the data shall be stored for a maximum period of 2 years, if there has been no contact or activity with the customer or cooperative partner during this time.
